Apparrently, hold down the ctrl button and left click on the animal to move them that is what other people have said, but it does not work for me (As far as I had tried), but I hope it works for you! :)
To do that we just have to point the mouse on the crate and left click it with ctrl button and the just move the crates to the exhibit(animal enclosure)
