What are some chemicals you can use to cause neutralization?
It depends on what you're neutralizing. If you are trying to neutralize a basic solution, any acid will neutralize it. Examples of acids are hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrobromic acid and perchloric acid. If you're trying to neutralize an acidic solution, any base will neutralize it. Ammonia, Sodium hydroxide and Sodium Carbonate are all bases.
