How do you no if you have had a miscarriage?
A indication of a misscarriage is a confirmed pregnancy folowed by bleeding and abdominal pain.
If you suspect you are having a miscarriage, see your Doctor within 24 hours for a blood test to check the HCG in your system. You will need to have the blood test performed 2 days later - if the HCG has decreased, you are most likely having a miscarriage.
You will also require an abdominal scan or a trans-vaginal scan to see if you have expelled the foetus.
