How do you not gain weight after starving?

Although I do not support this way of dieting (well, if you keep it up, it becomes a way of life, really) but there is a way, perhaps even harder than starving in the first place. Say you starved for a week. You'll have to work to maintain the lost weight for just as long. Take the amount of calories you ate while starving, and add about 50 every day, or slow down if you see a weight increase. Personally, it took me half a year to go from obese to underweight this way and I'm still trying to maintain that weight loss through this method but I also went to gym everyday. But I do recommend everyone to eat healthy and exercise - that way is only a cliche because it works!! Hope I helped.
