A ground fault is where there is unexpected current on ground. It represents an imbalance between (hot) current supplied and (neutral, or opposing hot) current returned. That imbalance, by Thevanin's current law, must mean there is current on ground.Usually, a ground fault represents a malfunction or short in the load. Sometimes, it represents a cross tie or interchange of ground and neutral. In any case, a ground fault must be corrected, because it represents an unsafe condition, and because the NEC requires such correction. Some times this is a bit tricky to see, since neutral and ground are tied together at the distribution panel and at the service transformer. Since the NEC, however, requires isolation between ground and neutral except at the panel, detecting ground fault is somewhat straightforward, usually measured with a differential current transformer, comparing hot and neutral or opposing hot.I do not have a copy of the NEC in front of me. This is an intellectual answer, but I believe it to be consistent with the NEC's formal definition of a ground fault. Please, anyone with the formal definition, feel free to refine this answer.
Welding is not allowed by the NEC (United States' code).
There is no minimum height specified by the NEC.
The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), a non-governmental trade association, publishes the NEC as well as other safety guidelines that may or may not be adopted by state regulatory agencies.
One can purchase an NEC Multisync monitor in computer parts selling stores. For example, Amazon or eBay might have the NEC Multisync monitor for one's computer.

A nec multisync 19 is an LCD monitor. It is used to hook up to a computer tower. It is a desktop used for a computer. You can find one at most local stores.

I figured it out. First lay the machine on its side with the stickers and air holes facing up. Then release the lock switches and remove one screw directly left of the power plug. Then the whole case(top, sides and face included) sllides forward and lifts up in one piece.
This can very greatly from computer to computer. You will have to open the case of your computer to tell.

it depends on what kind of computer you have, butreally you just would open the computer case, then unscrew the hardrive from the bracket and there you go.
This message means someone tried to start the computer with the case open, AND that the BIOS is set to halt if the chassis intrustion switch indicates that the case is open.
You will have to open your computer and look inside your case. In 95% of motherboards, PCI slots will be white.
