If a 2000 Kia Sportage was run for two days without a gas cap, the problem might be with the fuel vacuum pressure sensor that is located directly above the gas tank. Running the car without the gas cap may have caused a vapor lock.
try replacing gas cap, make sure cap clicks several times when turning then close door

there is not one. it is computer run thru cam shaft sensor and crankshaft sensor. but no distributor.
I own a 2002 kia sportage I installed warn hubs on it . It is very easy on the 2002 you dont even have to remove the wheels . remove the center cap off of the wheel,then remove the bolts on the old hub remove old hub replace with new hub tighten bolts your done but the center cap will not fit.

You will first need to open the fuel flap on the Skoda Superb by pressing on the left side of the flap. Once the flap is open take off the fuel cap by unscrewing it counterclockwise wise.
I had a similar issue with my 2000 sportage. Eventually my check engine light came on - a mechanic told me I needed a new gas cap. In actuality, the short hose from my gas cap to the tank had become worn and leaky - cheap fix.
Had same problem at first, The car needs to be open then just press the cover over the cap. If the car is locked the cap will not open...
