get a pair of pliers and grab the cable attached to the the hood popper and pull while pulling the hood lever it should pop open
open up the hood and there will be a black box the says fuse box open it and there will be a fuse for you head light to come up and down replace it its prolly blown same thing happened to my dads 95 ford probe

Open the drivers door , and on the end of the door ( or the latch pillar ) you will see an information sticker that shows the size of the tires on the vehicle from the factory ( on a Ford Probe )
Rotate the ford badge on the grille and you should find a lock. Use the cars key to open the bonnet
