At various places in the fade you'll meet people who can teach you how to change into a new form, including a mouse (stealth) and a burning man (can cross flaming barriers). One other form is the golem, and that one is required to open the massive doors.

∙ 13y agoAssuming you mean the doors while in the Fade mission during 'Broken Circle', you first need to gain access to the Golem form. To open the doors, turn into a Golem and try to open them - you will hurl a rock and smash them to pieces.
