The .tpz file extension is used by several applications such as TreePad or as a font description for the Amazon Kindle. If the file is from TreePad there is a Mac/Java version (See links below) which may be of some use - depending on the contents of the file.

You can open a mpg file with Windows Media Player. The file can also be opened in Windows Movie Maker as well. Of course, you can't open it with a Mac OS unless you convert the file to a format used by the Mac system though.
The question mark's appearance on a Mac file indicates that the Mac is unable to locate the System software that it needs to open that file.

A PKG file is not compatible with any windows based PC as it is a Mac installer file.
A dmg file is an image file used by MAC OS. No program is needed, just click to open. unless your in windows
