It Depends on the type of make you have. Since they are all differently manufactured, it is hard to say (it is for me at least)how to work them since you could have any of the iphone makes, or else a htc windows phone or android htc, or you could have a nokia windows phone. You could have anything. But you can ask at any mobile operator store such as vodafone, 3 or O2. You can ask them basically anything to do with phones (which makes sense becuase they do sell phones for a living!).
