How do you outsmart a bully?

Buy pepper spray and use it. Don't bother out smarting bullies. The more attention you let them get from you the more they rule your life. You want them out of your life, not the center of your master plan. Your master plans should be about your oun success. When dealing with bullies. 1. Tell someone who cares about you and will believe that the bully is hurting your body or your feelings. Talk to them about a realistic plan to stop the bully. 2. If you can't find a way to get others to help you stop the bully. Get away from the bully. Change schools or find a new job. 3. If all else fails buy pepper spray of a taser and use it. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEFEND YOUR SELF. Don't be scared, bullies are just mean people.

You can outsmart a bully by being tough and standing up for yourself. I am not saying that you're gonna beat the bully up, but by being tough, I mean you need to stand up and defend yourself. If the bully for example calls you an 'idiot', you can say "It takes one to know one." Or something else. If someone is picking on you just say "Hey dude, stop you're not cool." Don't cuss at the person, it makes things worse. If you need help get someone older to help you, such as brother or sister to be around you and defend you if needed. Those are some of the things you can do, to get rid of the bully go tell a adult or teacher.

They say that they will hurt you if you tell anyone but, what are they supposed to do to you if they are in jail? tell a friend, talk to a teacher, talk to your parents do something about it, MAKE BULLING STOP! In the workplace you should keep written records of all bullying, with dates and times and what was said or done, together with names of those who witnessed the incident.

• You can report the matter to supervisors, employers and union representatives. Employers have to provide a safe workplace and you may be able to make your employer see that you are prepared to take the case further if he does nothing.
• You can stand up to the bully and show him that you are not intimidated.
• You can seek support from the other workers.

A bully will never stop as long as you don't and they always go for the easy marks. Think about the worst that can happen-you get a beating and are embarrassed, but you will be more embarrassed, probably get one anyway, and have many more coming to you by doing nothing. This has to be theoretical since I'm not allowed to encourage anything improper but if someone were to trap the bully by studying their habits and choose the time and place znd the element of surprise you could increase your odds of a victory. You don't want to seriously injure anyone but get a couple good ones in or at least hold your own enough so they will choose another target and you will get a rep for not being an easy mark even if you do go down-sending a message to all bullies. the important thing is to make up your mind not to allow it anymore and you will have to commit an act of aggression (theoretically) to prove that point and be willing to lose if you have to.
