Its an exit door don't worry bout it,, go gett a eye exam and click the opposite of the letter and he will lead you too the second floor and you will gett a camoflauge suit and you putt that on then go too the dock and gett passed all the guards and gett too the door at the topp of the roof next too the B.A.D. guy with an eye patch,, but b carful there is guards inside too! to the left there is a humongo safe (with an agent in it) climb too the topp of the safe and there is an opening in it,, big enouff for youu too fitt in it., get inside and the agent will b free. follow the agents exit and takk the door,, and,, vwola that's the door you wanted too unlock,, (but the agent unlocked it so youu can gett out) so... ya,,
