Well, when you delete something there are always files that are left behind in your registry. I use a program called revo un-installer which looks for all files related to the program and puts them in the recycling bin.

By going to the 'add & delete program' file under control panel
add or remove programs
Start menu> control panel> internet options> delete internet files.

You need to go to control panel to unistall razer game booster completely and go to the program files and delete the files completely.
Go to control panel select Uninstall or add programs Then select ask.com toolbar and uninstall it. You can either also go to C:Program files to find ask.com files and delete them from there.

Depends. If you have used control panel - uninstall to get rid of a program, but part of it still remains in Program Files, then by all means attempt to delete it there.On the other hand if you want to keep one a program, do not delete it.It depends on what the file is. If it is a system file, you do not want to delete it as it would more than likely destroy some of the functions of your computer.
Click on... Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features. Search for the program in the list, click it and select uninstall. This will delete the program files from your computer. The registry entries will be removed on re-boot.
