so what you do is you become his 'best friend' and then after about....a month you start flitering for 2 weeks then after that YOU STOP FLIRTING!!!! then leave him alone for three days after that he will talk to you then you just pretend that you don't care and he will think your not in love but you are after that you do that for.....2 days after 2 days you tell him i kinda like you!!! then walk away don't let him reply and that's it
it worked for me and now he is like flirting back!!!!!
