You can add a PDF to your Facebook (or other social media) posts by first publishing the PDF online and then posting a link to the PDF. The easiest way to post the PDF online is to use a cloud storage provder like Google Drive or Dropbox and then share the file using a share link.
If you want to track the file and know how many times it's been downloaded or viewed check out a document tracking tool like www.orangedox.com

I think you don't. If they wanted you to post images in that section (and PDFs are, basically, images) then they'd allow images in that section.
Go to www.adobe.com and there you can download Adobe Reader a free software that displays the PDF file. With the file open select the type that you want to post and Copy it as you normally do on the computer, then Paste it into where ever you want. This will work unless the PDF file is Copy protected, if you can not Copy and Past as normal that is the case.

If you have word type out all you want in word to be in your newspaper and how you want it to look. Then convert it to pdf(you may have to download the add-on from microsoft.com) as many people have pdf. After that find a website to post it on so users can download it. And there you go your own e-newspaper!!!

You can find a download for a PDF converter on a couple different websites such as free PDF convert, primo PDF, cute PDF, do PDF, and PDF online. Those are a few options but there are more.

In short, you can't. Rar is a compressed file type, much like zip is. It's the files inside that matter, which is another topic entirely. Decompress it using a program like 7-zip , then see if there's a post with how to insert the files within it into a pdf.
