Go to www.adobe.com and there you can download Adobe Reader a free software that displays the PDF file. With the file open select the type that you want to post and Copy it as you normally do on the computer, then Paste it into where ever you want. This will work unless the PDF file is Copy protected, if you can not Copy and Past as normal that is the case.

If you want to post the PDF on most forum sites (or social media sites) you'll first need to publish it to the web. The easiset way to do that is to upload to a cloud storage solution like Google Drive or Dropbox then share it using a share link which you can post on a forum like Reddit or social media site like Facebook.
Plus if you want to track how many times the PDF was viewed or downloaded you can then use a document tracking tool like www.orangedox.com, it plugs right into your Google Drive or Dropbox and will tell you when the PDF was viewed right down to the pages that were viewed and for how long.

The locals reported no paparazzi were there before the August 12th Huffington Post article where they posted exclusive pictures taken by a bystander. Katy Hall's article appeared August 14th. She was not only aware they were there but the Huffington Post article told paparazzi where the Gosselins were.
