1. Take time off to housetrain your puppy. Housetraining will be quicker and easier if you start as soon as your pup comes home, then stick to it 24 hours a day. That's one reason experts recommend taking off a week or two from work when you first get your pup. 2. Start using the crate the day you bring her home. Crate training helps dogs learn bladder and bowel control because they don't soiling their sleeping and eating areas. 3. Take your puppy outside for a bathroom break every one to two hours during the day. A general rule of thumb is that a puppy can hold it for as many hours as she is months old, plus one--for a three-month-old pup, that's four hours. But to prevent accidents in the crate, which make housetraining harder, as well as urinary tract infections, most experts recommend taking your puppy out every one to two hours during the day. more information:http://dogtime.com/housetraining-for-puppies.html
The way I potty trained my Yorkshire terrier goes as follows:
1. Once you are ready for your yorkie to come out of the crate, as soon as you take him/her out of the crate, don't even let them roam around. Pick them up, and go
straight outside.
2. Don't come inside until they go to the bathroom.
3. If they don't go after about 15 minutes of being outside, then come in and put them back in the crate. Fifteen minutes later, repeat steps 1 and 2.
4. If they do use the bathroom outside, praise them, and when you come back inside they can roam around.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 and within about 2-3 weeks, your yorkie will understand that they can only be out of the crate if they use the bathroom.
DO NOT PUT THE DOG/PUPPY IN A CRATE! IT IS JUST CRUEL! Every time my Co Co wets in the house I put her on a urine pad! by the first night she was already urinating on a puppy pad! And she was ony 8 weeks! So don't put it in a crate! How would u like it if YOU WERE IN THE BOX/CRATE!

Like I say in most of my answers, it all depends on the dog. However, in general, puggle puppies are pretty easy to potty train. So if you have a dog of this breed, potty training should be pretty easy for you.
