well it all depends on whether u perfer freerunning or parkuor.(theyre different but simsilar) if you just need basics however u should start by mastering the 6 basic vualts. there are tutorials 4 these on YouTube and other places. once that's done move on to wall jumping and training. youll need alot of strength, speed, and stamina 4 parkour. any kind of basic training works! then start moving from place 2 place using parkour. you could even try a few basic tricks if u wanted but tricks are not considered parkour! hope this helped!!
You can practice parkour anywhere.
You do not "play" parkour; it is not like a team sport. Parkour is the freedom of movement through any and all objects (of course whatever obstacles you can overcome with your physical body); you can playfully practice and train parkour; but you do not "play" it.
Parkour is about using the environment around you to your advantage; so you can train anywhere, regardless of where you are located.
I would suggest American Parkour's website, or Urban FreeFlow's webite.
practice makes perfect im sure if you keep trying you will eventually get the hang of it
Parkour is not illegal. However, there may be legal implications for freerunners (freerunning is a form of Parkour, an urban sport of acrobatics and dance, rather than running from place to place) if they practice their sport without permission on private property or are found to be loitering in a public place. It is also illegal (and unethical) to use Parkour to flee from police, but this is no different than evasion without Parkour.
you train, train, train. and practice practice practice. If you are world class or a beginner you can improve in sport.
you have to be over 100 years old and over < this is correct, I am 114 and I am a parkour master
I did parkour yesterday. I am doing parkour today. I will be doing parkour later on today.
The definition of parkour is individualistic, practitioners of parkour define parkour in their own way. However, all people can agree parkour is the freedom of movement.
Just a lot of practice. I know some sponsored professional free runners who taught themselves everything. But if you would rather be taught you could learn gymnastics. Because gymnastics is very similar to Parkour. I go to an open gymnastics place where I can practice everything with mats and trampolines.
David Belle is the founder of parkour, but no one 'made' parkour.
