How do you prepare and reassure your teenaged kids when their father is planning a cross-country move and their mother is telling them they are being abandoned?

That depends very much on the maturity of the kids. It's always a crapshoot wondering how the kids will turn out. The only constants are: -Always let them know that the parents divorced each other, but neither one divorced the kids. -Never use the kids to 'get back at' your ex... even if she does. Declare them 'neutral ground' and let them know it. Most kids are way ahead of the parents most of the time and will figure out for themselves who's there for them and who's 'abandoning' them.

yes, i certainl believe teenaged boys do have a six pack. i was 16 when i started to get my 6 pack and i was in highschool. i graduated when i was 17 and now I'm working so ya teenaged guys have sinx packs more than ever nowadays.
