If they are on your heels or feet you can prevent them by wearing and changing your socks daily. If you get blisters on certain spots because of sneakers, you may want to get a new pair, or just put a band aid there, even if there is not a blister at the time. It will prevent them.

First off, do not damage the blister in any way. Leave it intact, as it's function is to protect the underlying skin while it heals. Breaking the blister also opens up a great portal for infection.

Cover the blister with sterile petroleum jelly and sterile gauze.

When the blister naturally breaks, carefully remove the remains of the blister with tweezers or the like.

Then, you'll want to dress the burn with a layer of non-stick sterile dressing, and then with a second layer of dry gauze for moisture absorption. Then apply a final layer of gauze wrap to hold the dressings in place.

Change the dressing on a daily basis and keep the area clean (e.g., gently wash with antibacterial soap).

When the damaged skin is dry and not painful to the touch, you can cease the dressings.

Get an aloe vera plant, and squeeze the juice on it and let it dry. Or you can buy Aleo Vera in bottles at most stores. The burn will not blister, just get hard and fall off in a few days.

Immerse the affected area in ice cold water to draw out the heat. If immersion is not possible or practical use an ice pack.
