Okay so I've experienced an anxiety attack personally and i found, more than meds, it can be family, sports or doing anything that you surely love to do even if its 3am at the morning. Just smile , breath deep and tell yourself "tat come on, stop fooling i know ur just playin with me!".
Do listen to some really really calm music, it works, and breath in and out slowly.
If the symptoms last for more than 5-6 hrs.
Go to the doctor. =) it might be tat an anxiety attack last until you'r convinced tat everything's allright and it can last upto hrs and hrs , depending on the individual i guess, but get to a doctor, get an ECG done, and don't always think that this thing is just an anxiety (panic) attack. It might be something else too
Dont panic. Everything can be treated if its cured at the right time!.
I would think so. I did (while on bipolar and anxiety meds) with no side effects. Prenatal pills are vitamins and shouldn't have any effect on your other meds. However, I would consult your doctor or pharmicist to make sure. They can also tell you at what times (taking) your meds will be most effective for you.
Anti anxiety meds in small doses only when you feel a sense of panic. Yoga. Breathing. Baths. Do something you find calming.
RN mental health nurse for 15years Panic attacks can become worse when you focus on them. By thinking and worrying about them often throughout the day that gives them more power. Follow you doctors orders just how he/she says with medication as needed for the attacks anxiety meds to get you thru this rough stressful time are a miracle in themselves so take the meds and talk out your feelings and stresses to a trusted friend or counselor often Remember this to shall pass it is only temporary.
Yes. It is perfectly safe to take both Paxil (Paroxitine) and Ativan (Lorezapam) at the same time. i was prescribed both these meds for my anxiety and depression and have been taking them for 6 months.. they work great for GAD :)

"Meds" is short for medications. You hear this abbreviation in medical situations like hospitals, pharmacies, and doctors' offices. Here are some sentences. What meds are you taking? This patient is on way too many meds!We need to give her meds on time while she's in the hospital. He hasn't been taking his meds correctly.
No not meds. You could try feliway spray/plug in.

Anxiety disorder often manifests as IBS. Anxiolytics often rapidly bring good results in the treatment of IBS.
If you're looking for over-the-counter options for anxiety relief, consider trying natural supplements like melatonin, valerian root, or passionflower. These can help promote relaxation and improve sleep quality without a prescription. Be sure to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new medication or supplement regimen.
you will feel good for a bit but most likely, just like if you were to swallow it, you will get nauseous. if your not actually in pain and want a similar high i recommend taking some anti-anxiety meds, much less side effects.
