Keep her in one part of the house, Wash her coat everytime she comes from outside,
Brush and comb her often,
And if you are really serious about her never getting fleas then don't let her outdoors.

∙ 13y agoLots of options. If the pet goes outside, there's no way you can keep the fleas off of them because they dwell outside from wild animals and such. You could spray your yard for fleas and ticks around the perimeter and so forth and/or use a monthly flea preventative from your veterinarian.

Continuous grooming with flea comb.
Flea treatments.
Washing his/her blankets, once a month.
Give your cat a wash in the bath with warm water and baby shampoo, once a month.
Put flea bombs in your cats favorite areas.
and then hopefully those pesky fleas will go away.
