There no way to prevent them getting hot unless you don't brake
Rims get hot due to brakes getting heated. Most vehicles have disc brakes in the driver's side front. Disc brakes have 3 major parts, pads, calipers and disc rotors. If your brake pads have worn down you can be causing scrapes or scratches into the rotors. Heavily using the brakes can also cause the rotors and the pads to become "glazed" over due to heat.
Excessive or heavy and continuous braking may warp brake rotors. Braking hard (heating the rotors a lot) and then going through water (which quickly cools the hot rotors) may also cause the rotors to warp. If the brake pads or brake rotors are getting thin, the rotors will warp more easily.
Sounds like the rotors are warped from getting too hot. Time to have to old one turned or replaced.
No, having hot baths will not prevent you from getting your period. Your period is controlled by your menstrual cycle, and hot baths cannot effect that - however if your period is due a hot bath can help induce your period.
Hot spots are caused by over heating the rotors Causes: "riding" the brakes, faulty brake components, general abuse
Check if the calipers are sticking.
A bent rotor can make a rubbing sound. Warped rotors can be caused by hot rotors getting water splashed on them among other things. A brake specialist could tell. will continuing to drive cause any other problems?
Warped rotors. Driving using the left foot to brake causes the rotors to heat up. Quenching the hot rotors by driving thru water will cause them to warp. The warped rotors cause the pedal to pulsate.
Your rotors are probably warped from getting hot during braking and need to be "turned" or replaced. I suggest you take it to a brake shop or dealer.
I had that problem on my car in the recent past. The source was the rotors, they had been warped. I would suggest getting them looked at.
