It is more of a matter of working smarter than trying to multitask and work faster. Planning your time by analyzing the nature of the task may help. For example, some tasks require a larger block of uninterrupted time because of their complexity. So, if you know that there are two hours in the morning that are going to be relatively quiet, you would work on those tasks then. Others may be made up of smaller items that need to be completed as steps on the way to the larger project. Calling for information, searching the internet, and so on can be done as you find the time and then ticked off of your list.

If all tasks are the same, such as wordprocessing, then you do one after the other as they arrive.
by writting the tasks some where to keep a record so i do not forget, then solving the easy quick tasks first and finishing with the difficult time consuming tasks. this is unless in told to different
