It means the radio is locked. You will have to insert the code to unlock the radio. You must have disconnected the battery or the battery ran down.
fuse has proberbly blown on top of the radio unit under the drivers seat
Pull the radio out and cut the little red wire going into the radio.Make sure battery is disconnected when you reconnect battery car will start.
Have you checked your fuses? this is the most likely easy fix for this problem.. Unhooking the battery should not have done anything to the radio. You either have a fuse issue, or a bad radio.
If the battery was disconnected during the repair you may need to contact the dealer for the radio code and procedure to enter the code.
