You have to have the dealership program a key less entry remote for 2011 Toyota Camry.
I can't add it
That depends on kind of key you have. Smart keys need TIS Toyota software and special cable also activation for key replacement.

remote receiver
Some of it does but not all models.
Read the owners manual if you have it. There are many web sites that sell replacement remotes. I just purchased one for my 2004. Toyota $130. Web site $39.95. Any supplier should be able to tell you if your Camry came with the remote door opening feature.
You can't. Only a Toyota dealer can program the transponder key as it has a chip inside the key and has to communicate with the engine in order to start the car. Toyota dealer charges 1/2 hour of labor about $42 to program. Now the remote is easy...but not the key.

If you have immobilizer in your car, sure it will prevent your from starting.
Ask Toyota to give you a spare key.
