For your bank account, if your name is on the account speak to your bank. They will provide you with a list of all transactions.

For your computer, keep track of your last login time. You can also check with your internet Service Provider to see if anyone has accessed your accounts. Finally, change all of your passwords weekly. This will insure that your ex-spouse cannot access any of your accounts.

Before a prosecution or suit can even be considered, you will have to have PROOF or EVIDENCE that it was he that did it.

Secondly, you must remember that virtually anything you transmit over the world-wide-web is NOT secure. Unless he hacked into your secure or 'protected' confidential accounts, you will have to be able to prove that he used the information he obtained in some ILLEGAL or UNLAWFUL manner. If you cannot satisfy these factors you are spinning your wheels.
