Let them know that you are responsible enough and mature, and if you do get Facebook do not take inappropriate picture's because there are stalker's in the world and allot of things could happen. keep your facebook Private so only your friends on Facebook can view your profile and a tip for you; Only add the people you know! Regardless, just gain there trust and ask what you have to do to get Facebook. Thanks for asking!
You can prove you are responsible to your parents by consistently following through on your commitments, completing tasks without being reminded, and openly communicating with them about your actions and decisions. Show them that you can be trusted by taking initiative, being accountable for your actions, and demonstrating maturity in your behavior.
There are many reasons. Parents see the true side of their kids when they read things written by their children on Facebook or see pics uploaded to Facebook. Like when their kids are talking to their friends about stuff thats going on in their life including parties and things that parents wouldn't be so happy about. They could also be angry if you are using suggestive language on Facebook or if you are spending to much time on Facebook and not listening to them. Other reasons could be that you are giving to much personal info way which puts you in danger.
show them all the positive things about them, do a lot of research ( show them that you are dedicated), act responsible around your house when your parents ask you to do things, stuff like that
Kids have to be over 13 years old to join these sites. There is a Site designed for kids that is similar to Facebook. They have games and other fun things integrated into their site. It is called Kidswirl.com.....your kids would probably love it! Old enough to talk to strangers. A kid responsible enough to drive their own car is probably responsible enough to handle herself on the Internet. However, there is no age limit to join twitter as Twitter, unlike other social networking sites, does not ask your Date of Birth or Age.
Parents are responsible financially for a 17 year old in Michigan who voluntarily moves out of the house unless the teen is completely emancipated. Teens can be partially emancipated, which means parents can still be responsible for certain things.
well you are old enough when you know you can handle things probably 14 is a good age if you are responsible
Parents are responsible for providing food, clothing, and shelter for their children. Ideally, parents should also take their children for regular checkups and recommended vaccinations and should be sure their children are seen by a doctor when ill.
That means that you are responsible enough to have a credit card. And you can buy things!!
When you become employed. All girlfriends will eventually want things, if you are mature enough to provide it or responsible enough to work, then go for it, otherwise, be patient, listen to your parents or an adult you trust, and wait until your older; don't rush life. Enjoy yourself while your young, when you have kids its all about them.
Parents do such things when their kids are not mature enough. They feel insecure about you and do not want you to get hurt. All you can do is convince them that you are mature enough to handle these things .As unfair as it may seem now, your parents probably have a very good reason for their opinion. Remember that your parents are more experienced in life than you are right now. Also, if your relationship was meant to be, you will be able to repair it when you are an adult and on your own.
