Why, you simply buy a pack and if you're lucky you find it! Blackwing Armor Master is Ultimate Rare. The chances of pulling an ultimate rare from a booster pack is 1/12.

Don't forget that there is more than one ulitmate rare in every booster set. If you bought 12 packs you'd probably get an ultimate rare, but it might be something other than Blackwing Armor Master.

NEVER buy individual packs. Rarer cards are heavier than commons, and some retailers use industrial power scales to weigh packs. Then they sell the lighter packs so you don't get rare cards.
