There is a latch in the center console between the seats. Pull it, and it should open.
Pull the wheel, pull the caliper and the rotor comes right off. You may have to tap the back side of it to loosen it up.
there are two latches located on the right and left sides at the top of the windshield (next to the visors) press the buttons, pull each latch back, and push away from the windshield and let down carefully.
Not difficult at all. You just need to loosen the tension bolts and pull it out. DJ FLIP Housepartykings.com
Where the arm rest is, theres a door, open that door to find a gas lid lever and pull it up
Lift the wheel in Question. Remove the tire. Remove the disc brake assembly. pull the rotor off. replace in reverse order.
If they can cram a LS1 into a Miata I'm sure you could get one into a 6. I'm not saying it would be easy, considering a Miata is RWD, and I'm not sure it'd fit mounted transversely, but you could most likely pull it off.
You can either take out a spark plug on each rotor and spin it over or you can pull your fuel injection fuse and spin it over.
The oil sending unit on a 1990 Miata is located on the right side of the engine (passenger side). It is connected directly on the engine block right alongside the oil filter. You have to pull out the sending unit wire first then unscrew the unit using a 30mm socket wrench.
If you have to remove the rear seats No such thing as rear seats in a Miata. I own a 90 Miata as well and locked my keys in the trunk once - NIGHTMARE! under the trunk there are two small "punch-holes. it's not easy, but if you punch the one on the passenger side out, then someone with slender hands can reach up into the trunk and pull on the release wire that runs from the lock to the latch. (Hint: I had to cut out some carpeting after punching out the hole in the bottom of the trunk - I don't know if there is a better or easier way, but that's what worked for me.)
Under the dash, to the left of the steering column. It's a gray box, that says "Flasher" on it. It is held in by a single clip, then pull straight down to remove it.
Set the headlights so that they both should be down. Open the hood, and find the fuses. Pull out the one that is for the headlights(Refer to Owner's Manual if you don't know which one it is). Now behind the headlight that is still up there is a post with a rubber cover. Pull off this cover, and there should be a red knob. This is how to hand crank the headlights. Turn this knob until the headlight is in the down position. Then replace the rubber cover, and the fuse. This is also a good way to free headlights that have frozen in place, if you live in a colder region. (I actually own a 1990, but since the Miata remained virtually unchanged from 1990 to 1997, this should still work.)
