There is a special tool that one needs to accomplish this task. It turns the piston while pressing the same piston into the caliper body. Try www.germanautoparts.com to purchase same. Do not try to do it without this tool, you will damage the caliper and it will cost you $$$$$ to replace.
First remove the wheel on the side of which you want to do first(do one side at a time). Then remove the two caliper guide pins on the back side of the caliper. Pull the caliper off and remove the pads from the carrier (don't lett the caliper hang by the brake hose). Install the new break pads after applying antisquel to the back of each pad. Push the caliper piston into the caliper housing with a c-clamp and one of the old pads to prevent damage to the piston. Apply some lubricant to the caliper guide pins and slide the caliper on. Put the wheel back on tighten the lugs in a star pattern then your good to go!
