225 slant 6, 318 v8, and a 340 v8.
Absolutly. A Dodge Dart had the 318(5.2L) the 340(5.6L) and the 360(5.9L) V8s as options. Depending on the year will tell you what engines could be avalible. R.W.
i have a 1970 dodge dart with a slant 6, 225 and need to know if a 318 out of 1970 dodge dart will mount up with the motor mounts and tranny.

28 to 32 degrees on the dwell, if you set it at 30 you will be perfect.
If it's a 6cyl it will be the 225 slant six, if it's the v8 more than likely it will be the 318.
