Jump the car from another car battery or hook a charger to the battery.
On the shift console of an automatic Mazda millenia there is a small plastic cover to a hole near the gear shift lever. If you pull the tab off you can stick a screw driver (slim) into the hole and release the shift into neutral - any tow truck operator can show you how incase you have trouble.
Either the battery is dead or your battery terminals are not hooked up right or loose, or you have a bad alternator, that needs tested

If you lift up the boot on the shifter, there's an override button which MIGHT work with a dead battery. Barring that, the best way is to connect a battery charger or another vehicle with jumper cables to it.
Dead battery? Loose or corroded battery cables? Bad starter? Bad starter solenoid? Bad neutral Switch?

Can you not turn your ignition key to the RUN position and select the neutral position while holding your foot on the brake pedal ?
Open the hood, remove the battery cover, you will see the battery terminals. Connect Red to Positive and Black to Negative on each car.
