Almost all, if not all, major brand labels are copyrighted and it is illegal to use them without permission. If you mean can you make a shirt and call it a brand name that is the same a brand that already exists, for instance, American Eagle, that is illegal for the same reason.

Well it's super easy!!! Just get the front of it where the sleeves are and put your arms through and waalaa! You're done!!!!!!!!!! It's very easy and you do have to put the snuggie on from the front where the sleeves are. But if you have problems keeping it on just tuck the top corners from behind under your shirt color a bit so it won't fall off. I seem to have this problem a lot, lol.
