Check out the bearing clean and dry but dont dry with compressed air as they will be damaged by spinning without grease. repack bearing or replace and repack bearings, insert new seal and then put hub back on stub axle push all the way on, then put on the outer bearing, allatc washers and nut, tighten nut still allowing the hub to turn without sloppyness, put on grase cap. and your done.
