How do you play yo-gi-oh trading card game online?

First you need to register, when you do, you'll get a confirmation email. Click the link in it to activate your account then you can login. Then go onto Deck Constructor, build a deck, then go to Duel Room. You can either Join a game by clicking on it, or host your own game.

You need to have Yu-Gi-Oh gx tag force 2 for psp. Then you connect the psp to your ps2. On the ps2 yu-gi-oh game you connect with the psp yu-gi-oh game. Then you can duel with both games. That's all I know.
