I have my iPod Nano, and when I made my account, it had those free songs for our account. When I plugged in my iPod to get my songs I bought, it also added the free songs. I didn't want them! Help me!

Do you have to keep the songs on your laptop I just want to delete some of the songs from my laptop but keep them on my ipod?

No, you don't have to keep the songs on your laptop. Once the songs are on your ipod you don't need the ones on your laptop.

How do you put songs on your ipod from others peoples itunes without deleting your songs that are on your ipod already?

I've tried to do that and it doesn't work. A box will come up and say something like "by doing this, you will be erasing all the songs from your itunes library and transferring new ones." You just hit cancel and immediately unplug your ipod even if it says "syncing: do not disconnect." I'm pretty sure that if you want someone else's songs from the same computer or any computer, you have to burn a disk.

How do you put songs on to your iPod from iTunes?

Turn on the iPod, open up iTunes, and plug in the iPod to your computer with the USB cable it came with. You should see your iPod under "Devices" on the left hand sidebar of iTunes. The songs should be added automatically, but if they don't, go to music, select the ones you want, and drag them to your iPod under "Devices."

How do you get songs from old iPod to new iPod?

well you need two computers to do this and you click advanced on iTunes and there will be a drop down menu. Then You click turn on home sharing and you must do this with both your computers. Then it will have a box near to iTunes store saying Home Sharing. Click on this and then it will be all the other computers songs. Then you copy the ones you want and then paste them into your library. Then click sync but it will delete the current songs on your new iPod.
