There is a button in your trunk. Pull that out and a cord on the side of the rear seat. Pull that and voila! Rear seat is down!

there is a round put on the top corners of the seat. pull the pin up and simply fold the seat down. you will have to move the seat belt to the side to allow the seat to go down also.

Pull the seat forward as if you were folding the seat down. The headrest will unlock and pull down (same procedure to get the headreast up).
Put your head down in the footwell and look at the bottom (center) of the seat. You will see a small silver wire about 3" long. Push this wire down and back toward the back of the seat, when it pops down simply pull the seat cushion up.
There are round knobs on the top of the seat backs on each side. Pull up on one and the push the back of the seat forward.
There is a small lever by the door at the top of the back seat. Flip the lever and the seat should fold down.
If you look between the seat cushion and the seat back you will find a strap allowing you to hinge the seat cushion forward, and there is a small knob on the seat back drivers side that needs to be pulled up.

More than likely, the release levers are in the trunk (mine are 99). If this is the case, there are two ties that hang down. You just pull them, and they release the back seat.
