if by raise u mean off the ground then that is easy just use a bunch of pulleys and a really really big rope oh yeah and also use a heavy box or something. attach the rope to the jeep and the heavy object but pull the rope through all the pulleys (that are spred out across the area) when doing so then drop the heavy object slowly to raise the jeep. then have some purple help u push the jeep while its hanging in the air to where u want it. but if by raise u mean buy or anything else then this crap wont help u at all. approved.
