I have a 1 year old male who weighs 75-80 lbs. At 8 months he was about 50-60 lbs. A female will weigh 10 to 15 lbs less.
Because you weigh more therefore you are pulling more weight as a pullup is pulling your entire body weight. when you were 12 you weighed 30 lbs less hence why pullups were easier. Bench press does not involve your bodyweight and your chest, triceps and shoulder muscles are probably stronger now.

How much a 140 lbs man is able to bench is dependent upon age, but at the peak of a man's strength, around 200lbs is an average-to-good bench. Stronger men who consistantly lift will increase this figure by about 50 lbs or more. 200% of a man's weight on bench is great (in this case, 280lbs.) Personally, I weigh 145 lbs and bench 260 lbs.
The rule of thumb is that you should never max out your weight, for fear of doing serious damage to a muscle (such as tearing it, or separating it from its connecting tissue). Ideally, you should bench press at a maximum a weight that you can lift 8-10 times, but that you need a spotter's help on the last lift. When you can press it 12 or more times without the spotter's help, then you can safely add a bit more weight.
