Look up starting strength. It's a book but just follow the program and in the first month if you eat enough your squat will go up at least 60 pounds and your bench at 30 pounds.

You are 13 when you were 12 you could do 50 pushups and bench press 100 lbs and you weighed 90 lbs now you can only do 30 pushups but you can bench press 130 lbs and you weight 120 lbs why is thisim n?

Because you weigh more therefore you are pulling more weight as a pullup is pulling your entire body weight. when you were 12 you weighed 30 lbs less hence why pullups were easier. Bench press does not involve your bodyweight and your chest, triceps and shoulder muscles are probably stronger now.

What is the average bench press for a guy who weights 160 pounds?

How much a 140 lbs man is able to bench is dependent upon age, but at the peak of a man's strength, around 200lbs is an average-to-good bench. Stronger men who consistantly lift will increase this figure by about 50 lbs or more. 200% of a man's weight on bench is great (in this case, 280lbs.) Personally, I weigh 145 lbs and bench 260 lbs.

How much can 50 cent bench press?

The rule of thumb is that you should never max out your weight, for fear of doing serious damage to a muscle (such as tearing it, or separating it from its connecting tissue). Ideally, you should bench press at a maximum a weight that you can lift 8-10 times, but that you need a spotter's help on the last lift. When you can press it 12 or more times without the spotter's help, then you can safely add a bit more weight.
