get another group member to use the 'egg on' ability 4 times i think. 1 time=tension 5. 2 times=tension 20. 3 times=tension 50. 4 times=tension 100. the last one may not work but keep trying. also make sure you dont let them fight, or the tension will drop and you will have to start again. just keep them defending

You need to raise tension four times. Your party leader should have Egg On which raises tension in a party member. The first skill learned on the Martial Artist's skill list is Psyche Up which raises tension in the user. With both combined, it should only take two turns to hit maximum tension, however the jump from 50 to 100 is not guaranteed to be successful, you might have to try a few times. When it hits 100, the character will glow red, and is now in a state of 'super high tension'.

Talk to the Priest outside the inn at AllTrades Abbey. He will give you a quest where you have to kill 3 slimes with 100 tention using dragon slash. To do this make your character egg on someone with dragon slash and let the others defend, if you keep egging on eventually you will get to tention 100 and you can kill it with dragon slash. Do this with 3 slimes and you should get the Gladiator Vocation. Hope this helped. :) (Make sure whoever kills the slime with dragon slash is the one who has 100 tention)
