The best way to do it is to devide by 12. Say for example, you measure a patient and you read 65 on the scale...devide it by 12 and you will get 5.416666667...just roung the numbers. A better example is 67 by 12. You get 5.583333333 round the 5.58 and you get 5.6= 5 feet and 6 inches =) hope I helped. Just make your own problems and practice.
