You will have to remove the passenger door panel being careful not to break the panel section at the top forward portion covering the area where the mirror mounts. The panel will pop off around the edges once you have removed the two screws on the arm rest. There are three nuts inside the door that attaches the mirror. Electrical connector unplugs easily.
