Buy auto grade black silicone at auto parts store. Remove all old adhesive. Coat back of mirror with silicone. Press in place and tape until silicone cures

Should be in a removable housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
replace the coolant sensor, the one next to the thermostat housing.
Replace it with a good old fashioned manual mirror, believe me you will have less headaches and more money!
