You BEST leave that to a PRO/ transmission man.

Not particularly difficult, if you're somewhat mechanically inclined and have the appropriate tools to do it. Assuming you have the 4L60E, rebuild kit is about $250 from Jeg's.

There's no trick are easy fix for that. You must pull the transmission out and have a trained mechanic rebuild it.
