It is usually more time effective to just buy a rebuilt one, but if you have time/want to save some money. You would first have remove it from the engine, which is the hardest part. You will then have to disassemble the pump. There is a large snap ring that might give you some trouble, but you should be able to remove with a small chisel/pick/screw driver. You can install the rebuild kit's seal and reassemble, then re install. There is a rebuild write-up on the "yotatech website" to help guide you through it.
My advice would be to replace it with a rebuilt pump and not attempt to rebuild the one you have. The difference is cost is not that much. Just go to your nearest Auto Parts Store and buy one.
