I am not a mac expert, so I can't give you any details of parts. However, to take a composite video signal into the computer, you will need an analog video capture port. I believe that some macs have them but others will need an add on. USB devices are easy to buy and connect. Once you have the hardware, you need video capture software, quite possibly available as part of the mac OS but otherwise available to buy or download. The last thing you need is a big hard disk. Video eats hard disks and if you are planning to edit video, you should try to capture the video in an uncompressed format, which takes even more space that MPEG files.

Samsung's F30 series connect to a computer with a USB2 socket and can record video in the H264 format which mean they are compatible with a modern Mac and iMovie.
If you have a iMac then I recommend you iWeb. If you don't have a mac, then I give you adobe dreamweaver
You can use iMovie to record video from a compatible device. Note that the dazzle for Mac (now discontinued) is only compatible with OSX up to 10.5.
Create the video, then transfer it to your mac. Then open iMovie (already installed on all macs) go to file -> import video, then just browse to the video. You can then edit it to your liking. Then click share -> YouTube, then just enter your username and password and hit upload. Done!
If that Mac has DisplayPort for video out, then yes it does.
The HDRSR10E has a USB 2 connection. The G4 Powerbook need to be a model with a USB 2 socket - which was included with 1.33MHz models upwards - then you can plug the cable in, open iMovie and import your video.
You can record video from the built in camera directly into iMovie, PhotoBooth or any other application that recognizes the camera.
