∙ 11y agothere are lots of programs around the web, by far the best is Microsoft expression. it literary captures whatever is on your screen, as well as the option to add audio for you to commentate! Also I think at one point Skype had a thing going where you could screen share over a Skype call.

∙ 12y agoThere is a program called Fraps that records your computer screen. The one drawback to the program is that the file size is massive for the videos. I recommend VirtualDub for rendering it down a bit.
Hey, I don't use fraps. The one I used can help me capture whatever streaming video and audio files played on my computer screen with high quality, I often use it to help me record movement on screen, and the recorded video is exactly the same as the original video. And it can help me save the video to standard video format file, so I can export it to my portable device and enjoy it offline.
