This is a really simple exercise and you can do it anywhere. When you can, just move your jaw up and down, tensing as you do that. Do it 100 times a day or so, and the fat will melt off your jaw.

Your body puts fat on in its own way, there's little you can do to eliminate fat from a specific area unless you try risky Liposuction. Professional models have that skinny neck and sunken cheeks because the rest of their body is also very low in fat. The only real solution is cardiovascular-intensive exercise. Once you drop some pounds, it will be reflected in your face and neck as well.
