Well there isn't a whole lot to do if the damage is already done, but you can give your ears regular massages with jojoba oil and other collagen boosting creams and oils daily, and sleep with them out at night to give your ears a chance to breath. Another way to do this is to let your ears close up while massaging your ears on a regular to build up the collagen of your ears and you can then stretch them once again from there and they'll be tougher for it.
